Deposit Requirement:
To secure your child's spot, a 50% deposit of the total camp fee is required upon registration. This deposit is essential for us to plan and allocate resources effectively.
Camp Fees as Donations:
Please note that our camp fees are considered donations that contribute to the operational costs of running the camp. As a nonprofit, we strive to keep our programs accessible while covering expenses such as staff salaries, facility maintenance, and educational materials.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made until May 30, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be accepted. In cases of medical issues or personal situations, we will make every effort to accommodate, depending on the camp's capacity. Please be aware that our spots are limited.
